An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary
sum of Three millions nine hundred and forty-seven thousand
and twenty-seven Dollars and forty-one Cents, to defray the
charges of the year 1915.
This is a Supplementary Appropriation Ordinance in the
usual form.
In my opinion this is an ordinance to which His Excellency
the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty
and on His behalf.
